About the Gun

Single-action six-shot revolver with a plow-handle grip, a loading gate, and a half-cock that frees the cylinder. Stainless frame, barrel, and cylinder, black polymer panels, and fixed sights. A hammer block sits in the action.

Analysis

The Stampede Inox was the stainless Stampede, added in 2005 after the blued, nickel, and Deluxe guns. It uses the same transfer-bar single-action lock and was built in the same plant as the rest of the line. The 2005 catalog lists it in .45 Colt only, at 4.75, 5.5, and 7.5 inches, with black polymer panels. The line was gone by the early 2010s. Stainless holds up better than the blued finish, so used guns trade mostly on bore and grip condition.
