Full-size DA/SA blowback pistol in M9A1 outline with an alloy frame and an open-top slide. Slide-mounted ambidextrous safety/decock lever. Checkered plastic grips and a beveled magazine well. Accessory rail on the dust cover. Fixed three-dot sights.

Analysis

Beretta introduced the M9A1-22 in 2017 as the railed rimfire training pistol in M9A1 size and control layout. It is a blowback gun with the M9A1 dust-cover rail and checkered grip straps. It remains in the current catalog. Used examples with original magazines sit at the top of the value range.
