Full-size alloy-frame, single-action-only 92-pattern race pistol with a double-stack magazine, an accessory rail, and a flared magwell. Frame-mounted ambidextrous safety, flat trigger, and skeletonized hammer. Threaded barrel wears a single-port compensator. Optics-ready slide with a fiber-optic front sight. Gara uses red-and-black G10 grips and red accents. Corsa uses marbled carbon-fiber grips and gold accents. Built as a compensated match pistol.

MSRP at production was around $1,600. Current used market value for examples in good to very good condition ranges $1,250–$1,550.

Analysis

Beretta added the Race pair in late 2024 as a compensated match version of the 92XI SAO. The base XI had already moved the safety to the frame and dropped the double-action first shot. This pack goes further: a Toni single-port compensator on a threaded barrel, a flared magwell, an extended magazine release, and three magazines with +4 pads. Each color was a limited run of about 2,000. Gara and Corsa are the same pistol. Gara is the red-and-black G10 gun. Corsa is the gold-accent carbon-fiber gun. Color does not change the dates. Used examples trade as match guns, not as duty 92s. A complete set with the compensator, magwell, and all three extended magazines holds the top of the value range. A gun missing the compensator or the pads drops toward the bottom.
