Analysis

Beretta showed the 92A1 at SHOT 2010 as the 25th-anniversary update that folded 90-Two features back onto a 92-shaped pistol. The frame carries a two-slot rail and an internal recoil buffer; the slide is the thicker 96/90-Two pattern, the recoil spring is captive, and the front sight is dovetailed. Factory magazines hold 17 rounds and still lock into earlier 92 pistols. SKU J9A9F10 listed at $690 in 2010 and later around $775. Blue Book treats U.S. importation as ending in 2021, after the 92X and M9A3/M9A4 lines took the railed catalog slot. Leftover Italian-marked guns still appear. Used examples trade with ordinary 92FS pistols; three-magazine boxed sets sit at the top of that range.
