About the Gun

The Armscor-RIA MAP MS is a mid-size, double-action/single-action service pistol with a nickel steel-alloy frame and slide. It has a shorter barrel and slide than the MAP FS, snag-free fixed combat sights, and an accessory rail. It is a compact, CZ-75-pattern hammer-fired 9 mm rather than a 1911.

Analysis

MAP MS is the mid-size metal-frame companion to MAP FS, listed from 2008 through 2018. It uses the same DA/SA CZ-pattern lockup in a shorter slide. TCM9R high-capacity versions appeared later in the MAPP line. Used MAP MS guns sell with other discontinued Armscor DA/SA pistols.
