About the Gun

The Armscor-RIA 2011 Tactical VZ Grip is a full-size, single-action 1911-style pistol with a full-length dust cover and a Picatinny rail. It has VZ Operator II grips, a fiber-optic front sight and an adjustable rear sight, and a skeletonized trigger and hammer. It is a heavy, railed Government-size 1911.

Analysis

RIA also chambered the 2011 Tactical VZ Grip in 10 mm from 2011 through 2014. Construction matches the .45 gun: parkerized steel, rail, VZ Operator II grips, and adjustable sights. Later 10 mm TAC Ultra pistols continued the type. Used 10 mm examples often sell a little above the .45 guns.
