About the Gun

The Armscor-RIA 1911 Matte Nickel Tactical FS is a full-size, single-action 1911-style pistol with a nickel-finished steel Government frame and slide. It has checkered polymer grips, low-profile sights, and a skeletonized trigger and hammer. It is a heavy, duty-style 1911 with a bright metal finish rather than parkerizing.

Analysis

This was a short-run full-size tactical 1911 with a matte nickel finish, polymer grips, and a skeletonized trigger and hammer. Armscor listed it from 2011 and then dropped it as the TAC Ultra and Rock series took over the upgraded 1911 slots. Used values sit between GI Standard and current TAC Ultra street prices.
