About the Gun

The AREX Delta is a compact, striker-fired polymer-frame 9 mm pistol. It has an integrated grip with interchangeable backstraps, a textured grip area, front and rear slide serrations, and a dust-cover accessory rail. Sights are a white-dot front and a black notch rear. It is a light, double-column defensive pistol in the compact service-pistol class and does not have an optics-cut slide.

Production ran from 2019 through 2021.

Market value

MSRP at production was around $450. Current used market value for examples in good to very good condition ranges $250–$400.

Analysis

Arex introduced the first-generation Delta in 2019 after the hammer-fired Zero 1 had established the brand in the United States. The Delta moved the company into the polymer striker market with its own magazines, a slim grip, and interchangeable backstraps. FIME Group imported a short production run. In 2021 Arex replaced it with Delta Gen.2, which added wraparound stippling, a flared magazine well, bilateral controls, and optional optics-ready slides. First-generation guns remain on the used market as the simpler, shorter-lived version of that platform.
